TCS Login Guide: Business Accounts vs Public Tracking
Quick Answer
You do NOT need an account, username or password to track a TCS parcel. Tracking is free and open: just type your tracking number (most are 12 digits) on TcsTracking.com. TCS logins are only for businesses and online sellers with a TCS account, who use them to book parcels in bulk and check invoices on TCS’s own website, tcsexpress.com.
Anyone can track a parcel straight away by typing the tracking number into the box on our home page. Never type bank PINs, passwords or personal details into a tracking website.
When Do You Need a TCS Login?
A TCS account is only for businesses that send parcels with TCS under an agreement:
Business (corporate) accounts
For companies such as banks, firms and offices that send a lot of parcels and want bulk bookings, pickups and monthly bills.
Online seller accounts
For online shop owners who print labels, connect their shop and keep track of cash on delivery payments.
How to Open a TCS Business Account
If you run a business or online shop in Pakistan and want a TCS account:
- Go to TCS’s own website at
tcsexpress.comor ask at a main TCS office in your city. - Ask TCS which documents it needs. Businesses are usually asked for company and bank details and the owner’s CNIC.
- Once TCS approves the account, it gives you your own login.
