What Time Does TCS Deliver?

We could not find a checked list of TCS delivery hours, so be careful with any exact times you see online. When the rider reaches you depends on how many stops come before yours that day, which changes by area and by day. The best sign is the status itself: once it says “Out for Delivery,” your parcel is on its way.

Offices may sometimes get deliveries earlier in the day, and there may be fewer deliveries on Sundays, but we cannot give you exact times.

Do TCS Riders Call Before Coming?

Riders often call before delivery, especially if:

You live in a gated area (such as DHA, Bahria Town or Askari) where visitors need a pass.
The house number or street is hard to find.
It is an expensive COD order and the rider wants to check you are home with the cash.

Make sure the phone number on the order is charged, switched on and can take calls.

Missed the TCS Rider? What a Failed Attempt Means

If nobody can take the parcel, the status usually changes to attempted or delivery pending, not straight to Returned to Shipper. TCS has not published how many more tries it makes, or when, so do not plan around a set day. Here is what you can do:

Check the status again the next working day before you call, because another try is the usual next step.
Ask for the parcel to be held if you cannot be home. Call (021) 111-123-456 and ask the branch to keep it at the nearest TCS Express Center for you. Take your original CNIC when you go.

Status Says “Attempted”, but Nobody Called or Came

This does happen. Maybe the address was hard to find, a guard sent the rider away, or the call did not go through. Report it to TCS rather than assuming the worst, and ask the helpline to add clear directions or a landmark to your CN for the next try.

Can Someone Else Take It for Me?

Usually, yes. A family member, colleague or guard can take the parcel for you, and for COD orders they just need the exact cash. If the parcel needs a CNIC check against the named receiver, someone else cannot do that step, so check with TCS first if you know you will not be home.
